I’m a working professional, very tidy, respectful, and easygoing. I keep common areas clean and value a peaceful, quiet living environment. I’m looking for someone equally independent, professional, and considerate of shared spaces — someone I can coexist comfortably with and ready to make the space theirs.

My other housemate had to relocate out of the country due to personal reasons, so it just me, and there is also an opportunity for the new roomie to be added to the lease agreement if we work well together.
