Thorold, ON L2V 0C4

Spacious room located in Foundry Lofts. Very close to Brock university, McDonalds, Tim Hortons, has an on-site Subway and pizza place. Has a large gym, access to study spaces and a cinema room all included in the rent. The room next door is vacant so its essentially a private bathroom. Large double bed, plenty of storage space, desk and cupboard. The communal areas include a living room and a kitchen both of which are a very good size.

I am an international student who unfortunately has to go back home, therefore looking to do a lease takeover or sublet as the lease runs until 22nd August 2027.

There are three other housemates, a girl in one room and then a girl and guy (married couple) in another room. All very nice and friendly people. The house is very cat friendly and has multiple, they are all very sweet.
