I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a 4½ apartment shared with another student.

💡 With Internet, electricity/gas, and other utilities, I usually pay around $800/month in total.

📅 Available anytime between October 1 and November 1, 2026, depending on your needs. I can move out on almost any date during that period.
📄 Lease runs until October 2027.

The room is fully furnished, and all the furniture shown in the pictures will stay, including the bed, desk, and storage space.

The 4½ apartment is also fully furnished and includes a large bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and hardwood floors. A washer and dryer are available in the building. Pets are allowed.

The apartment is shared with one other roommate, a male student.

🚇 About a 10–15 minute walk from Édouard-Montpetit metro station.

🛒 Very conveniently located near Wilderton Shopping Centre, with Metro, Pharmaprix, Dollarama, SAQ, as well as several restaurants, cafés, and other shops nearby.
