I’m looking for a clean, respectful and responsible roommate to share the condo.

NO SHOE HOUSEHOLD!

About Room:

• Private bedroom with your own private bathroom.
• I can provide a double bed frame with under bed drawers (IKEA MALM).
• Your bathroom is exclusively yours. The only time I would enter is to access the ensuite washer and dryer, and otherwise I would not use the bathroom.
• Living room and kitchen are shared.
• Corner suite with plenty of privacy. -Visitors welcome as long as they are respectful and would like a heads up and I would do the same if someone were to visit me. -No smoking in the place but you can smoke on the balcony. -Central air control in the unit.

Building and Security:

• Fob access required to enter the floor
• 24/7 building security
• Green P parking attached to the building, making visitor parking convenient.

I’m a 30-year-old female named Alexsandra and I have a 1.5-year-old German Shepherd named Athena. She is extremely friendly and will be part of the household, so being comfortable around dogs is important. She does not bark unless she requires assistance with something (usually when her ball is stuck). Her and I are in bed by 10:30 pm or 11:00 pm the latest.

I’m looking for someone who is respectful, clean and considerate of shared spaces. I’d like to have a simple cleaning schedule for the kitchen and living room so that we’re both contributing equally and one person isn’t left doing more than the other. Nothing crazy.

I’m also open to sharing grocery costs for household staples if that’s something we’re both interested in but not required.

Parking Tenant parking is available for an additional $200/month.
