You can walk to many cheap grocery stores, farm markets, library and Edmond Community centre which has gym, swimming pool ( $1 on family night every week) and dancing class easily. One large bedroom with lock and shared washroom. Fully furnished( double bed, night stand, large dresser and closet, shelves). The kitchen is shared with 3 nice quiet tidy girls. All the housemates are responsible and respectful adults, sweet long term tenants, so expect the same from you. We have a house rule: no overnight guest, quiet time is after 11 PM, no dirty dishes left in the sink, everyone cleans the public area once a month by schedule or pay a $30/m cleaning fee. Price includes utilities, wireless internet, and furniture, kitchenware. Also including backyard fruit picking up. We have 5 different kinds of fruit trees: apricot, persimmon, apple, cherry, grape.
