I live out of town. One of the long term tenants helps manage the house and shared spaces. Currently there is 1 male and 1 female tenant. 3 total rooms with a maximum of 1 tenant in each room. Max of 3 tenants in the house.

I am very attentive to any issues or concerns and respond to any matters promptly with help from the tenant on property that helps manage the property. I also make sure the house is kept clean by assigning weekly house chores to maintain a cleanly space.

The male roommate is a data analyst, is into sports, and loves to hang out with roomies if they want to.

The female roommate works in office administration.

You will have the opportunity to meet both tenants before signing any lease agreement.
