My name is Jenn, single ( widowed ) white female mid 50’s, grandma to 5 grandkids ( do sleepover occasionally ) Looking for a female roommate within her late 40’s-50’s to take over the half the lease as recently I had to move my mother into a home care facility and now need to cover her half of the rent. I work full time, shift work ( alternating shifts) so we won’t be tripping over each other lol Currently in the process of packing up and removing my Mom’s things from the space, so furniture in the bedroom is hers, but can be removed if you have your own bedroom furniture to bring. Other then that, I’m a pretty quite person with a wood working hobby who likes to watch movies and TV on my down time, im a non smoker , non drinker. Love this apartment and would like to stay but need a roommate to keep the dream alive lol
