ISO roommate (preferably a woman) with no pets - sorry, I already have 2 small dogs.

I live in a stunning penthouse suite located a 5 minute walk from City Beach in Parksville. The building is 2 years old.

It is open concept; has a massive kitchen and living space, in-suite laundry, and your bedroom is located across the space from mine, so very private with a closet.

You’d have your own bathroom (tub/shower, sink and a lot of storage space) as well as your own balcony that looks at Mt Arrowsmith, or the ocean depending on which way you face. 🥰

Has a heat pump installed in main living space - each room has very large nearly floor to ceiling windows with pull-down blinds.

Rent is $1275/mo plus Hydro every 3 months (around $80-90 depending on usage which we’d split).

I am a fairly quiet individual who keeps mostly to herself. I work from home and also do Rover jobs. I keep a very clean living space 😊

I have two small dogs, one who is extremely fearful of men so please keep that in mind. I’d prefer no males present for everyone’s sanity
