Private Bedroom with Ensuite – Cornell, Markham Bright, clean private bedroom available in a modern townhouse in Cornell, Markham. The home will have a maximum of 3 residents total, and each person will have their own private bedroom and private ensuite bathroom. The kitchen, living room, laundry area, and other common spaces will be shared. The other roommates are still to be determined. I’m taking some time to find people who are respectful, clean, responsible, and a good fit for the home, rather than speedrunning the “three strangers under one roof” experiment. Room features:
Hey! I’m Frankie. I’m a working professional and I’m looking to create a clean, comfortable, and respectful shared home rather than just filling rooms as quickly as possible.
The other roommates are still to be determined, so I’ll be taking some time to find people who are a good fit for the space and for each other. Ideally, I’m looking for tenants who are friendly, responsible, clean, and considerate of shared areas.
Everyone will have their own private bedroom and ensuite bathroom, while the kitchen, living room, and laundry areas will be shared.
I want the home to feel relaxed and easy to live in, where everyone has their own privacy but can still comfortably share the common spaces without it turning into a low-budget reality show.
