About the room
I’m sadly moving back to Australia and am looking for someone lovely to take over my room in our beautiful upper-level suite in Central Lonsdale.
The house is bright, open and spacious, fully furnished with plenty of room to relax and lots of storage throughout. There is also ducted heating and cooling available throughout the house. The bedroom is a great size, easily fitting a queen bed, side tables and drawers, and has a large built-in double-door wardrobe.
Room: Unfurnished (I will be selling the furniture pictured here if you’re interested) Location: Central Lonsdale Available: November 1st Rent: $1,195/month Lease: Month-to-month Bathroom: Shared with one housemate Parking: street available Pets: Allowed with a deposit Utilities: not included Internet included
If you’re interested, send me a message with a little bit about yourself and what you’re looking for! 😊
About the roomies
You’ll be sharing with two friendly women in their mid 30s who enjoy the outdoors and a quiet night in. I’d love to find someone who fits the vibe of the house and who is clean and considerate of others.
