About the room

Large basement bedroom with your own bathroom and shower down the hall , washer and dryer are right there as well , we share the main floor / kitchen but upstairs is for my daughter and I when she’s here . It’s a safe and quiet area with a grocery store 5 min walk away . Hydro and water are included with rent .

About the roomies

I’m 46 , I work in a concrete Plant Monday to Friday 6-330 , I have my daughter and my dog here every other weekend. My dog is a golden retriever and she’s friendly . I’m generally pretty quiet and like to keep the place clean .
