Hi! I’m Kanako, and I’m looking for a roommate to take over a room in my place, as my current roommate is moving back home. A 2-month stay (Nov.1 – Dec.31) is ideal, as it lines up with our lease renewal timing, but longer stays are also open for discussion.
📍 Location Literally right in front of Marine Drive Station on the Canada Line, just a 1-minute walk! The area has lots of restaurants, cafés, and shops, including T&T, Superstore, Shoppers Drug Mart, Tim Hortons, and Starbucks. Getting downtown or to the airport is quick and easy.
🏠 About the Unit A two-level, townhouse-style condo. The main floor has the living/dining room and kitchen, and the two bedrooms are upstairs.
The room includes:
Walk-in closet Private ensuite bathroom Private side door with direct access outside, separate from the main entrance (great for privacy and for moving things in and out)
The kitchen and living room are shared with just one roommate (me!).
