It’s one furnished room in a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house on Tyndall Ave, less than 25 minutes to UVic (direct bus routes close by). There are already 3 females living in the house, it’s a quiet, respectful, clean household. Looking for a female roommate.

Rent is $900/month, utilities included. The house is spacious with a proper dining area, living room, and backyard.

I’m looking to rent it out short-term, from October to December (I’ll be moving in myself in early January, so this would just be for that Oct–Dec window).

We’re three international women who are friendly, kind, respectful, and very accommodating. Since we’re all away from home, we really value having a home that feels safe, peaceful, comfortable, and welcoming.

We’re clean and tidy, especially when it comes to shared spaces, and we’re mindful of each other’s schedules, privacy, and personal space. We enjoy getting along and having the occasional chat or hangout, but we also appreciate a quiet environment, especially when studying, working, or resting.

The person joining us would be sharing a bathroom with one of the existing roommates, so being comfortable with a shared bathroom and maintaining good bathroom hygiene is important to us. 🧼

Ultimately, we’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful, communicative, and considerate. We’re all international students building a little home away from home, so having a roommate who contributes positively to that environment is really important to us. 🫶🏽
