One fully furnished bedroom in the upstairs of a family, friendly home. There is a t.v. and Cogeco box included with the room. The upstairs bathroom is shared with the homeowners and their adult daughter. There is also a two piece bathroom located on the main floor. Shared use of the kitchen ( with your own full size fridge/freezer). Shared use of the living room, dining room and backyard ( bbq, deck and outdoor fireplace). We have a pool table in our family room. Guests are welcome with 24 hours notice please. Laundry on site. No parking available. We are located in the North End of Peterborough on a quiet, mature, tree lined street. Within walking distance to a bus stop for Trent University students and Fleming College students. Close to walking and bike trails. Close to amenities (Walmart, convenience store, grocery stores and fast food restaurants). Looking for a friendly individual, who respects others privacy, but likes to have a good chat from time to time, loves animals and is clean.

The Homeowners are a couple in their 50s and both work full time. One adult daughter in her mid twenties lives at home. One other female in her late thirties lives downstairs. We are friendly individuals, who like to chat, but respect each other’s privacy. We are clean and like to keep our home clean. The homeowners have three dogs and two cats.
