🏠 Room Sublet in Waterloo — January 1 to June 30, 2027

📍 Union & Moore area 💰 $1,047.50/month + half of utilities and internet Outdoor parking is available for $75 a month

I’m looking for someone to sublet my room from January 1 through June 30, 2027, while I’m living overseas for the winter and spring.

The location is great, especially for a student. The apartment is in the Union & Moore area and is about a 15-minute walk to Uptown Waterloo, with grocery stores, Shoppers Drug Mart, bars, restaurants, and other amenities nearby.

Apartment & building features: • Good-sized private bedroom • King-size bed included for the duration of the sublet • Computer desk available if wanted • Enough room for additional furniture — I’ve even fit a small pull-out couch in the bedroom with the right layout • In-unit washer and dryer • Full kitchen with four-burner stove and oven • Dishwasher • Gym in the building • Bike storage • Storage lockers available for an additional fee

You would be sharing the apartment with one roommate, who is very easygoing and is often out socializing or doing her own thing.

She also has a male cat who is a very sweet and affectionate little guy. 🐈 He can be a bit skittish when meeting someone new, but once he gets comfortable he’s a very good boy.

The sublet will need to be approved by the property management company, so applicants must be able to provide a credit check and proof of income or sufficient savings.

I’m only subletting because I’ll be living overseas during this period.

Please message me if you’re interested or would like more information/photos.
