The room is in a clean, modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in a convenient area of St. John’s. The room is fully furnished, so you can basically move in with just your personal belongings. Rent includes electricity and high-speed internet.

There are two bathrooms in the home. You will mainly have one bathroom for your own use, although it may occasionally be used by guests. The shared areas are kept clean and organized, and I’m looking for someone who will treat the home the same way. The house is quiet and comfortable, so it’s a great fit for someone who wants a peaceful and well-kept place to live.

I’m a working professional and currently work as a Sous Chef in hotel management. I’m social and easygoing, but I also enjoy having a peaceful, clean and organized home. I respect people’s privacy and personal space, and I’m looking for a roommate who has a similar lifestyle.

My mother is currently visiting me from Turkey and will be staying with me until January. She stays in my room, so there will temporarily be three people living in the home until then. I’m mainly looking for someone who is clean, respectful, responsible and comfortable sharing a home while still respecting each other’s privacy.
