✨2 FLOOR APARTMENT UNIT WITH 2 BATHROOMS✨ Hi!! My name is Del and my current roommate is moving out by the end of November, so I’m looking for someone to take over the other bedroom in this lovely apartment.

📍Located right next to the 22, 49, and 430 buses, and within a lovely walking distance of Fraser street (especially beautiful during spring cherry blossom weather!). There’s a shawarma place, a KFC, a Chinese restaurant, and an Indian pizza place right next to the building.

🏡 The unit is very neat and tidy. It includes two bathrooms (with one having a shower), one open kitchen, and a nice living room. It’s a two floor apartment, so it’s very spacious. The two bedrooms are located on the top floor, and the room being rented out has excellent lighting and view of the neighbourhood. We also have a washer and dryer on the second floor.

🖥️ We have internet that’s around $44 dollars per person a month, and utilities can be around $30-$100 per person a month depending how cold the weather is.

🚙 There is also parking space available if you own a car.

I’m a 29 year old female working in the animation industry. I’m clean, quiet, but also sociable. I’ve been living in this location for 3 years, and would love to find a nice, tidy, and chill roommate.
