You are also steps away from the famous Wychwood Barns weekend farmers’ market and excellent local restaurants. Please note this is a traditional communal boarding arrangement with no keyed bedroom locks and a cash-only rent structure.

The house is a quiet, adult-only, and drama-free environment shared with the homeowner, two friendly cats, and three other boarders, including a nurse on rotating shifts. The homeowner is a single parent who works two jobs and is rarely home, renting out the rooms while her child is away at graduate school. We are looking for a responsible, single professional or full-time student who does not work from home and is out for most of the day. Because we prioritize a peaceful and clean resting space for everyone—including our shift workers—the household maintains strict quiet hours, light and quick cooking habits (no batch cooking or strong lingering odours), and a strict no-guests, no-pets, and no-parties policy.
