A little about me: I’m 22, a POC and aspiring artist. I’m laid-back, social, and love a good conversation, but I also value my alone time and a peaceful home. I’m clean, respectful of shared spaces, and big on communication. I’d love to actually get along and be friends with whoever I live with!

The setup is a little unconventional but cute — the apartment is big enough that about half of the living room would become your bedroom space, while we’d still have a shared living area. You’d basically have your own little section of the apartment to make yours 🫶🏽

🐶 There is one very friendly resident: my dog! He’s sweet, cuddly, and very friendly!

What you’d need to bring: You would just need your bed! Everything else is already here, so you wouldn’t need to move a whole household in. The utilities are all included and the apartment has in unit washing machine and dryer!
