About the room

The house is cozy, the room is yours, the bathroom, living room, and kitchen are all shared. There is a low-ceiling basement and a backyard shed available for some storage. Located on a fairly quiet street close to downtown and transit. On street parking is available. Utilities are extra, this includes hydro, gas, and wifi. I have a cat and am looking at fostering a dog so must be okay with animals. Move in date is December 1.
