About the room

Looking for a female to take over my lease starting January 1st, 2027 - April 30th, 2027 (option to renew annually beginning in May). Includes a private room, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom in a shared townhouse (with 2 other girls). Shared kitchen, pantry, dining area, and living room. Shared areas will be partially furnished and bedroom will be unfurnished. Built in 2025, all new appliances including in-suite laundry.

Located in Parkallen, a beautiful and safe neighbourhood near the U of A campus. $970 per month, utilities are $60-$80 per month, and a garage is available for $125 per month.

You’ll be living with two amazing, respectful housemates: both are U of A students (one Pre-Vet, one English major). They are the perfect balance between being clean, quiet, and studious during the week, but always down to hang out, host movie nights, chat about books, or listen to music.

It’s an ideal, relaxed environment if you’re looking for a peaceful spot to focus on school while still having friendly roommates to come home to.
