This five bedroom house is located steps away from UVic, and features a full kitchen, laundry, and a beautiful backyard. The house comes with dishes and furniture (except in the bedroom), and is recently renovated. One full bath and one half bath are shared with four of the bedrooms.

About the roomies

The house is full of friendly students and a super cute smaller dog. Everyone is responsible and keeps to quiet hours. I unfortunately have to move out due to personal circumstances, so I am looking for someone to take over my lease.
