Hello future housemate, (-PSA , if you have landscaping/gardening experience and are willing to garden up to 8hours a month, the landlord will reduce rent to 1000 per month, the rent is 1200 per month other wise -PSA 2, preferably looking for some queer/queer adjacent.

I am looking for a housemate to rent a private room in the new and fully functional suite of this home. for November 1st but am flexible with move in dates at this point. The lease agreement would be for a year, then after I believe it’s monthly. The rental suite is located in Sooke BC, about 10 minutes drive from town centre. All utilities included except hydro. We can discuss the possibility of pets. It’s a brand new home built this year, on a spacious wooded property. The landlord is on the upper level of the home, and he is absolutely wonderful. The suite is pretty much fully furnished, the bedroom (which is slightly bigger than my bedroom) is not furnished. I’d be absolutely open to discussing bringing in furniture/decor of yours into the common areas if that’s something you’re interested in. I myself have lived here for 3 months and I love this place very much. I have no cats, the pictures shown were taken before previous roommate went away to school.

I am a cis-gender gay man, 29 years of age, and I do gardening/landscaping for a living. I will be starting school for Horticulture in January of next year. I live a sober lifestyle, but being around social drinking/smoking doesn’t bother me. I’m an early sleeper and an early riser, and am pretty quiet during the morning and late evening. I do enjoy putting on music from time to time, but am very comfortable adjusting the amount of music played and volume. My hobbies include being extremely silly, reading, drinking and buying tea, psychology, being out in nature, cooking, watching tv/movies with friends, etc.
