☀️ Oceanfront Studio Share - Ground Floor, Biggest Patio - Newish oceanfront building, ground floor - 317 sq ft interior + biggest patio in the building (385 sq ft total with deck). Private ground floor patio - not decorated yet, so you can help make it yours! Furnished and well-decorated, lots of natural light in the unit overall, full kitchen, full bath with tub, in-suite washer/dryer. The share: This is one open studio with a divider. I keep the couch side - the sunny window side with my leather couch and living area. You get the other defined side of the studio - currently where the bed is. The bed is NOT by the windows / not on the sunny side, it’s on the more private interior side, which is great for sleeping. Plenty of room for your bed, dresser, nightstands, etc. Privacy: Current sheer divider with ivy in photos will be upgraded to a more opaque divider/curtain before move-in for your privacy. Shared: • Closet space shared & divided equally • Kitchen, bathroom, huge private deck, in-suite laundry, and entry • You’re welcome to decorate your side however you wish, bed provided. Building: • All utilities included • Parking in building $100 extra • Guest parking secured & private - you receive a parking pass for guests • Small gym in building • Ground floor = easy access • Beautiful oceanfront property House Rules: Clean & respectful home, LGBTQ+ friendly. Smoking okay if you smoke, but off property only - not on patios or around building.
