THE ROOM Fully furnished and ready to move into. Compact and well organised, ideal for someone minimalist.
WHAT IT COSTS $750 per month, all utilities included. Move in fee $80, one time. Minimum stay 6 months, one year preferred. No couples, no pets, no smoking.
