Quiet, plant-filled shared suite in Langley. This is a quiet, calm and tidy home.

I’m looking for a considerate, long-term roommate (6 months or more) to share my suite in a quiet, safe Langley neighbourhood. I’ve lived here happily for 3.5 years. A woman is preferred, ideally a working professional or a student.

Private, unfurnished bedroom with a double closet and a West window. Shared kitchen, bathroom and living area, all clean and well kept. In-suite washer and dryer, only 2 months old Garden-level suite with a private side entrance through a planted pathway The area is a safe, established neighbourhood Beautiful places to walk and bike nearby Easy access to Hwy 15 and Hwy 1

We love plants here! and you’re welcome to bring as many as you like. The bedroom gets low-medium, indirect light, so ask me what will grow well in it. My previous roommate has tropical plants in the living room and they do surprisingly well. This is a health-conscious household with home cooking and a calm atmosphere. My schedule is regular and predictable, and I’m almost always in bed by 9:30 pm. Quiet evenings are the norm. The upstairs neighbours are retired and lovely. They occasionally host a weekend social that wraps up by 11 pm.
