The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes from Outremont metro station and close to Université de Montréal, Campus MIL, HEC Montréal and Polytechnique Montréal. The area is very convenient for students and is well connected by public transit, with easy access to buses 160, 161 and 370.

The neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant, while still offering easy access to the rest of Montréal.
