This is a comfortable and bright private room in a two bedroom apartment opposite High Park. We’re on the top (4th floor) of a old-style apartment block. The place has a shared kitchen, bathroom, living room and a small balcony patio. The area is great, being so close to High Park, as well as a 2 min walk from the train station, is a great balance of being close to nature and well connected to to city. Convenience stores, restaurants, and pubs are all within walking distance too. The room itself comes furnished or unfurnished with a clothing rack and double bed! Heat and water are included so perfect for winter! First & last months rent are required up front, move date is flexible anywhere from the 6th of November onward

I’m a 29 year old guy who works in film, and has a big fluffy cat. When I’m not working I love watching movies, drawing and cooking - which I’m always happy to do for and with others. I like going for bike rides around the park when the weather’s nice, or saddling up at a local pub for a couple of martinis when the weather’s not so nice. I’m pretty social and my girlfriend says I’m “outgoing” which is cool.
