Room for Rent at The Well – 480 Front St W, Toronto

Roommate wanted to share a modern condo at The Well, in the heart of downtown Toronto’s Entertainment District. Two options are available: a private bedroom or a furnished den.

The bedroom is $1,800/month, and the den is $1,600/month. Prices are negotiable, and both options include utilities and Wi-Fi.

The bedroom is mostly furnished and offers more privacy and space. The den is also mostly furnished and has direct access to a balcony and a large curtain that acts as a door for privacy. The bathroom is shared, along with the kitchen and living areas.

The building offers a range of amenities included with the rental, including a pool, gym, terrace, and entertainment/lounge rooms.

The location is one of the main highlights of the unit. The Well is surrounded by restaurants, cafés, shops, grocery stores, entertainment venues, and other downtown conveniences. King West, Queen West, the Entertainment District, and many other parts of downtown Toronto are within easy walking distance, with convenient access to public transit.

The unit is a good fit for a student or young professional looking for a convenient downtown location. I’m looking for someone clean, respectful, considerate of shared spaces, and comfortable living with a roommate.

You will be sharing the unit with me: I’m a second-year student at UofT studying applied mathematics in probability and statistics. I am normally a morning person, but I do stay up late at times, whether it’s to study or coming home late from events. I don’t smoke, vape, or party/clubbing. I’m a heavy sleeper, and I don’t snore. I’m not a clean freak, but I’m also not extremely messy. On days when I’m busy, I can get messy, but I make sure my mess is in my area only; otherwise, I usually stick with my cleaning routine. I do cook a fair amount, as it’s one of my hobbies and I often cook while playing a movie or TV series (I do clean up my mess after cooking). Some of my other hobbies include badminton, golf, tennis, anime+K-pop, and reading(psychology+self-help and occasionally some romance and mystery).
