Clean, comfortable room available near Renfrew station. Rent is from November 1st, but you could move in sooner if needed! Female preferred, no couples please :)

This room is in a 3 bed + 1 bath house, on the top floor. The room is unfurnished, but the previous roommate left a mattress that you’re welcome to.

The shared spaces are furnished with room for you to bring your own belongings and add a personal touch! Kitchen is fully stocked, and has dedicated storage space for any supplies you may have. The living room has a big TV and is hooked up to multiple consoles that you can use if you’re a gamer :) We have a private entrance, large back deck, and front facing balcony with insane views of the mountains and downtown Burnaby.

The landlord is a sweet older woman who lives on the ground floor, the only amenity we share with her is the washer + dryer. We split utilities monthly (Hydro and internet) We like to keep a reasonably tidy house, we rotate chores weekly.

The location is excellent, we’re in a quiet neighbourhood with lots of street parking. A 10 minute walk gets you to either Renfrew or Rupert skytrain stations and a bustling business area. There’s a handful of grocery stores within walking distance (Superstore, Walmart, Save On) and a ton of options for great food.
