Bedroom for Rent in Brentwood Bay. Furnished Bedroom in a Fully furnished House. I am looking for a good fit for my home. Please read add in full before responding. The bedroom is available December 1st.

I am renting a fully furnished bedroom in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. I am looking for the right fit for my home. It is a quiet home, but I do have two dogs (the dogs do bark). You must be dog friendly. The house is fully furnished and has shared laundry room. I have a nice garden that can be enjoyed by all. Bonus if you like gardening. I am located in Brentwood Bay, which is in Central Saanich. Please check the bus schedule if you are taking the bus to see if it is a good fit for you. West Saanich Rd and Verdier Ave is a good reference point to check the bus schedule. This is for one person and no pets. I have two dogs and that is plenty for this home.

• clean -preferred female Rent: $850 which includes garbage, sewage, basic cable & internet. BC Hydro is not included. Hydro is a shared expense (1/3 of hydro bill). (Damage Deposit: $425) This is my sanctuary, and I am looking for someone who will respect and contribute to the peaceful atmosphere of my home. If the add is up then it is still available. About Me: I am female who work full-time time in health care (regular day shift). I wake-up early to walk my dogs. It would be great if the other person happens to be an early riser, but it is not mandatory. If you work a night shift this is not a good fit.
