  • Utilities & Wi-Fi Included! Hi! We’re looking for a calm, clean, and respectful student to sublet this large, furnished room starting next January. The apartment is located in one of Montreal’s liveliest neighborhoods, close to plenty of amenities, including restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and pharmacies. Both Sherbrooke Station (Orange Line) and Saint-Laurent Station (Green Line) are about a 10-minute walk away. There are also several BIXI bike stations nearby. The apartment is spacious and has 4 bedrooms, but only 3 are used as bedrooms-the fourth has been converted into a shared office/storage room.

This place is for you if: • You’re a student looking for a sublet for the 2026-2027 school year in a friendly, welcoming shared apartment. • You love cats. • You enjoy keeping your living space clean.
