Available Nov 1, 2026 – Mar 30, 2027 at $1,750/month. Earlier move-in from mid-October may be possible. You’ll be sharing the apartment with one roommate.

The building has excellent amenities: indoor swimming pool + hot tub, gym, steam rooms, squash court, large landscaped gardens, outdoor patio/common area, guest suite available to rent for visitors, and 24/7 concierge.

The location is one of the best parts — right by Yaletown-Roundhouse Station, with the Seawall and waterfront just steps away. Groceries, restaurants, cafés, and Yaletown nightlife are all within easy walking distance, while the apartment itself is quiet and peaceful.

Utilities/heating/Wi-Fi run about $50–$100 total per person/month depending on usage. One small pet may be considered. The sublet is subject to landlord approval.

You’ll be living with Jared (27), a young professional working full-time in the VFX industry. He’s in the office most days, so the apartment will be pretty quiet during the week. He is clean, respectful, and easy to live with.

Household expectations: Clean up after yourself and be respectful of each other and of shared spaces.
