This property is in a great location, very close to both Dalhousie and SMU campuses, with easy access to public transportation. The house has a brand-new washing machine, dishwasher, and kitchen. Additionally the washroom has a shower that gets nice and hot and has great water pressure.
The bedroom gets lots of natural sunlight and also has a blackout curtain installed. It has hardwood floors and comes fully furnished with a bed and mattress, dresser, desk, shelving, and closet space.
You would be living with four other second-year Dalhousie students. Two live in the basement and two live on the main floor. They are all very friendly and welcoming and often enjoy cooking together. Two are Commerce students and two are Arts majors, so it is a really nice student household and a great fit for another female student.
