I am looking for someone to take over my share of the lease for this cozy room in a shared apartment. Here are the most important details:

• move in date: Nov 1st 2026. Lease until July 1st 2027 with option of renewal
• location: H2T 1S8
• you will have two roommates, Max and Edouard
• we have washer, dryer and AC in unit
• the apartment is fully equipped with furniture and all kitchen appliances and utilities
• the room is also fully furnished, including mattress, bedding, and bed sheets
• the total rent share is 970$, internet and hydro included!

The apartment is located on Boulevard Saint-Laurent, directly on the corner to Saint Viateur. You have everything you could possibly want super close, the neighborhood is vibrant but inside the apartment and especially in your room you won’t have any noise.

Because I am moving back to Europe, I won’t take any of my furniture. I bought everything (including mattress and bedding) only one year ago at IKEA for 2300$, so I would like to ask for 800$ to buy off the furniture. Everything is in very good shape, no animals or smoking.

Your two roommates are super nice, respectful and chill guys who like to have a chat in the shared spaces but also want their private time. Edouard also likes to have dinner together. They wouldn’t appreciate someone who doesn’t want to be social at all.
