About the room

2 bedroom + den, hydro included in rent, wifi not included. Older suite with new appliances and electrical, in-suite laundry. Central location between Clearbrook and Mill Lake, 5 min walk to Chalo FreshCo, 20 min to Sevenoaks. 1 bedroom is available as my intended roommate has cancelled. Looking for someone to add to the lease as per signed addendum, starting either October 15th or November 1st.

I’m Cale, 32, and I’m living on disability income; have been for about ten years. I have a very fluffy bossy cat who would love another human to provide her with attention, but does not do well with other animals. I live most of my life at home, so I’d prefer to share with someone who has a quiet lifestyle (working or not); however anyone who respects shared spaces and cleans up after themself is welcome.
