On the border of the Village and Cabbagetown, it’s a short walk to parties and bars, and to cute cafes and scenic walks through Riverdale Park’s west end. You’d have in-unit laundry, a decent sized closet and your own bathroom with a tub for relaxing soaks. Shared office space, kitchen and living room. There’s three units in the house, an upper, main and basement - this is for a room in the upper unit. We’d be sharing an entryway with the main floor.

I’m a bit of a homebody and I like to cook and bake, but I’ve been pushing myself to spend time out. I like bookshops, cafes, thrifting, painting and rewatching favourite shows/movies over and over (The Good Place and Howl’s Moving Castle are my go to’s). I’m slowly getting into comics and cosplay and have very strong opinions on Star Wars. It’d be cool if you like any of that, but I primarily want a home that feels cozy, avoids mess and griminess, but accommodates easy conversations when we want things to change. I’m allergic to dust so vacuuming once a week is necessary and despite how much I love cats I can’t live with one.
