Hi everyone! I’m looking for a female roommate to share a clean, cozy, and comfortable home. My current long-term roommate is moving out, and I’m hoping to find someone who’s clean, respectful, easygoing, responsible, and quiet. Ideal for a student or a working professional. Single occupancy only. No smoking, vaping, or partying, please.

• Rent: $820 (including all utilities) + wifi (split equally)
• One bedroom in a two-bedroom suite
• Shared bathroom, living room, and kitchen
• 10-minute walk to Mayfair Mall
• Close to major bus routes #6, 8, and 4
• Close to all the amenities and grocery stores
• shared laundry with the landlords
• The suite is fully furnished except the bedroom.

I’m a full-time student at Camosun College and work part-time. In my free time, I enjoy reading and baking. I’m very clean, quiet, and easygoing. I’m hoping to find someone similar.
