The primary suite occupies almost a third of the apartment’s footprint and includes an unfurnished bedroom, private ensuite bathroom, large walk-in closet plus a second large closet. The only other space in that section of the apartment is the shared laundry room.

You’ll also have dedicated parking, and all shared areas of the apartment are fully furnished, so you only need to furnish your own bedroom.

$1,500/month including utilities and internet. Available November 15/16.

One person only and no additional pets. I’m specifically looking for someone who works outside the home rather than remotely/from home.

I keep a clean, tidy and uncluttered home and am looking for someone whose natural baseline is similar. I really value shared spaces being returned to neutral after use.

I’m in my 40s, active, social and usually bouncing between some combination of kickboxing, comedy, community and canine adventures. I share the apartment with Curly, my small and very lovable dog. 🐕

I have a pretty full life outside the house and really value home as a quiet, peaceful place to recharge.

I appreciate direct, clear communication and would much rather talk something through than let little things accumulate. I value people who ask rather than assume and who are comfortable figuring things out collaboratively when our needs are different.

I’d love to live with someone where there’s room for some genuine connection too. We absolutely don’t need to become best friends or spend all our time together, but an occasional shared meal, glass of wine, conversation on the couch or spontaneous adventure would be lovely. I also really value independence and being able to happily do our own things and enjoy our own space.
