🏡 APARTMENT: the apt itself has… -Kitchen with Fridge, Stove, Microwave, Toaster -Living room with 2 couches, TV and Google Chromecast, Table & Chairs -Bathroom with Hot Water Shower -Washer / Dryer (quite new) -Cute back porch (but NO SMOKERS allowed please. We take this very seriously)

🏙️ LOCATION: truly as good as it gets… -SCHOOL: excellent strategic location for McGill, Concordia, HEC, and especially UQAM -METRO: two options are 10-minute walks away (Sherbrooke & Mont-Royal) -BUSES: roughly a dozen crisscrossing options within walking distance -BIXI BIKES: surrounded by stations -FOOD: every type of grocery store and restaurant you could want, including local underground options like Segals’, to world-famous options like Schwartz’ -ENTERTAINMENT: right off St-Laurent Boulevard means movies, plays, bars, clubs, mountains, huge parks… you name it - it’s within walking distance.

🧑‍💻ROOMMATES: the other roommates are Chiya and Pierre, both in their mid-20s. The setup works best for international students whose final exams are usually in early May, but we accept workers too.
