Renting out two bedrooms on upper floor of waterfront house. House is fully furnished with the exception of the two bedrooms that are being rented. Shared kitchen and bathroom. I have the downstairs of the house and the two bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom are on the upper floor. Large deck overlooking rice lake. All utilities and internet included. Tenant can have both upper floor bedrooms and use one for storage or an office.
