About the room

We sit on just under 1.7 acres of land on the outskirts of town where there is a little extra peace and quiet. The propertly is backs onto Trent River, we often enjoy floating down to our backyard from further up river on those warm summer days. Lots of hiking, fishing, foraging and nature-based activities available in the surrounding area. The common areas and kitchen/bath/laundry are shared. Room comes fully furnished down to the blankets if you would like, or you are welcome to bring your own blankets/pillows etc. Please express this ahead of time so your request can be accommodated prior to arrival.

About the roomies

My partner and I have owned the property since late 2022 and are exploring other ways to make the most of the space we’ve been blessed with! We often have PSWs that are travelling here and working in the area that need a place to call ‘home’ and relax after work!

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

Flawless design and user-friendly. I hope people really catch on to this app because it is well put together for people looking for affordable housing.

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
