Looking for someone to rent out the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (partially furnished and bed can be purchased or can be removed from space). The unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with central A/C, ensuite laundry, and really great views. The building has standard condo amenities and parking spots are often up for rent within the building.

Move-in date flexible.

I am a graduate student in my 30s. At the moment, I work hybrid. I have a medium-sized fluffy dog. I consider myself a friendly, respectful, and clean housemate. I prefer a low-key vibe at home. Although not necessary for a good roommate dynamic, it’s nice to have a balance of being able to chat sometimes but respectful each other’s space and do our own thing.

I am looking for someone long-term, who likes to take care of the space in which they live. Preferably someone in their late 20s or older, but willing to consider anyone who is non-smoking, does not work from home 100% of the time, prefers a clean space and low-key vibe at home.
