I’m looking for 1 roommate to take the second bedroom in my 2-bedroom apartment this January. It’s the upper unit of a duplex detached house on a quiet street near downtown Kingston, about a 15-minute walk to Queen’s and super close to Metro and other spots. A tenant currently lives/rents in the other bedroom. The place has a great kitchen, cozy living room, lots of natural light, and an awesome rooftop deck for hanging out. The common areas are furnished, and the bedroom is unfurnished. Looking for someone who’s clean, easygoing, and friendly, ideally a grad student or young professional working in town.
