A big beautiful and well-maintaned house with a huge apartment-style addition (shared kitchen).

Two wonderful kids (7m and 5f) and I (41m) would live upstairs and shared kitchen. Your private space is extremely quiet and distant.

I have 50/50 custody for 5 years. Their mom and i maintain a great friendship and she visits often. Clean, tidy dad that works from home. Not looking for a maid or creeps.

Single parents and their friends, family, pets welcome. Big house needs a community. Queer and cannabis friendly. East access to quiet terrace and yard.
