Male 50 plus only I have a three bedroom two full bathroom mobile home. We would each have our bedroom and bathroom. The third bedroom I would make into a den which would be your living room. I use the other living room. We share the kitchen. Big screened in glass room attached. I’m moving in on the 30th of October everything will be furnished. 50 in TV I’m hoping to put a brand new kitchen and a brand new bathroom for you. Fully carpeted brand new. 2nd from the end of a dead end Street. Lots of trees great neighbor.

I have a Morkie that I babysit A two weeks old German Shepherd who will be 8 weeks when I get her I’m 65 act like I’m 30 single happy not interested in people that feel sorry for themselves. Like to keep the place tidy and clean. But not a freak. No drugs except marijuana. Smoking outside on the deck Someone happy go lucky 50 plus years. No exceptions. Preferably someone that can fix things. Change light switch etc. You do the man stuff I do the woman stuff.
