About the room

Spacious private walkout lower level in a quiet Don Mills home. Includes a private bedroom, full bathroom with bathtub, large living room with wood-burning fireplace, and an additional open area ideal for a home office or dining space. Large windows overlook the surrounding forest, so it feels bright and open rather than like a typical basement. Feel free to access the shared backyard whenever you want (we barely access it). Private entrance and shared access to a large kitchen. Parking spot available and included. Would be happy to show you around!

About the roomies

We’re two women who work from home and keep a quiet, clean and relaxed household. We value privacy, respect for shared spaces, and a peaceful home environment. We do have a cat and two dogs, but they stay in our part of the home and are not allowed in the shared kitchen or lower-level rental space.

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

Flawless design and user-friendly. I hope people really catch on to this app because it is well put together for people looking for affordable housing.

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
