Room available with full private bathroom in well-maintained condo building in Wîhkwêntôwin. Internet and utilities included. Close to the shops and restaurants on 124th street, and downtown. Across the street from a Safeway, and near Victoria Promenade with access to the river valley. There is a bus stop for #5 and #2 bus lines right outside the front door. The building includes a gym and social room, and is kept very clean by building management. Shared laundry room.
