I live on the second floor of a 3-storey walk-up. There is laundry on-site and shared accommodations. Close to the Scarborough Bluffs (2km from them) with health diagnostics, walk in clinics, laundrymat and amenities across the street. no parking available. month to month rent. big balcony facing a parkette, please reach out if you’d like to know more

About the roomies

i am 39 with a 10 year old son and a cat. normally we are out and about or just relaxing and being quiet. I would prefer someone who is a non smoker but being as we do have a balcony with chairs and a table you’re welcome to chill out there obviously lol please feel free to message me if you’re interested
