The apartment is in a great location with easy access to the TTC, grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, and everything along Bloor Street. Christie Station is just a short walk away, making it very convenient for commuting around Toronto.

We’re looking for someone to take over the existing lease. The landlord will require an application and supporting documents, including employment/income information and a credit report, before approving the assignment.
